These Terms govern use of SLS Leads CRM provided by Smart Leading Solutions LLC at https://leads.smartleading.net/.
1. The Service
SLS Leads CRM is a marketing reporting and client management platform for agency and client workspaces, including user accounts, client records, tasks, leads, reports, metrics, branding, audit logs, and optional integrations (Google Ads, Search Console, Analytics, GBP, Meta, GHL, Call Tracking, and Website Forms).
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. Access uses email/password authentication (password reset by email). Roles are Admin, Team Lead, Staff, and Client. Social login into the CRM is not provided. You are responsible for activity under your account and for assigning roles appropriately.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access to other clients’ data, interfere with security controls, or use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party platform terms (including Google, Meta, and GHL).
4. Client data and integrations
You retain responsibility for data you and your users enter or sync into the Service. Integration tokens are stored encrypted. Disconnecting an integration clears credentials but does not by itself erase historical metrics already stored. Meta insights metrics may be synced using read-oriented Meta permissions for new connections; Meta lead form submissions are not stored as CRM Lead records via Meta lead retrieval unless those leads arrive through other paths such as website forms or GHL. Google Ads and Google Business Profile OAuth scopes are write-capable at the provider level even though the CRM performs reporting reads only. Call tracking sync is currently a stub.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, maintain, or suspend features. Soft deletes, weekly backups (latest automatic weekly retained), and version retention (current plus 3 previous) support operations; they are not a substitute for your own exports or business continuity planning.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that security measures are absolute. Third-party platforms control their own APIs, scopes, and availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Leading Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or third-party integrations.
